How we verify pros
A pro can only take jobs after passing every check below. We re-check certificates when they expire.
Government ID check
The pro's national ID or passport number is checked against official records through our identity partner.
Selfie & liveness match
A live selfie confirms the person is real and matches the ID photo.
Certificate of good conduct
Police clearance (Kenya DCI, Uganda Police, Rwanda criminal record certificate) is reviewed by our team and must stay current.
Trade skills test
Pros pass a test for each trade they offer before they can quote on those jobs.
How we protect you
Payment protection
Digital payments are held by Lynk and released to the pro when the job is marked complete.
Private contact details
Your phone number and exact address are shared only with the pro you hire.
